Philip Jack Shedd, passed away January 27, 1999.  He is survived by his daughters, Misty Shedd, Windy LaMarr, Amanda Shedd; father, Charles Shedd; Sister, Karen Guarino; brothers, Peter Shedd, Paul Shedd and Timothy Shedd.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, January 30, 1999, at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church, 11612 Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77024. 713/782-1710.
